  • My mother was in town visiting for the holidays and we needed a dentist because ALL SHE WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS WAS HER TWO FRONT TEETH. Literally, her two front teeth had been damaged for the last year and I could tell when we visited her for Thanksgiving that it impacted her smile and bright bubbly personality. Thanks to a dear friend's recommendation we were able to get an appointment during the holiday season a few days before Christmas. The staff up front who was courteous and VERY PROFESSIONAL. The office space was decorated for Christmas and had such a warmth to it that was welcoming. Dr. Timpton saw my mother right away and a few hours later she came out smiling from EAR TO EAR. The following morning someone from his office call and got us scheduled to get impressions for her permanent crowns. This was a couple of days before Christmas and they were working hard to make sure everything was taken care before my mother's return home January 6th. This job was a TEAM effort and I want to commend the entire Carmel Commons staff for their OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you. Our Christmas was beautiful and so is my mother's smile. She will return home this week with new front teeth. I am grateful and certain that we have found our new dentist. THANK YOU Carmel Commons and staff.
