  • I understand I went on a Sunday afternoon, their busy time. However, I don't appreciate being basically ignored for at least 20 minutes, only to have a lady run after me yelling at me to go sit in the pedicure chair as I walked out. Either you want my business or you don't; don't ignore your customers, then yell at them when they leave.
