I bought a Moleskin iPad Cover at the Apple Store in Grand Central Terminal (NYC) less than a year ago, and immediately the bracket that holds the iPad in place started breaking off in pieces. I brought the iPad Cover into the Apple Store in The Fashion Show (near my home), and I found it quite difficult to get help - they really need to dedicate 1/3 of their staff to roam, greet, and assist customers. I finally got a young lady to help me, and she seemed to be somewhat empathetic and accommodating; however, when the Manager strolled by, he was quite dismissive and thwarted the replacement / credit that was offered. Long story short, they threw my issue back at the vendor when they clearly had my receipt on hand, and I am now at a loss.
