  • While I'll pay $10.00 for six cookies I won't be ridiculed for asking for the ones that look the best! During todays visit at the First Canadian Place location I asked the server for specific cookies that looked nicer than those she selected. Instead of assisting I she replied with "there all the same" - followed by an eye roll. She then turned to her co-worker who looked equally annoyed by my request. Obviously I walked away immediately. After almost a decade of receiving professional and courteous service at the King St location I hope Forno Cultura's standards are not slipping. Needless to say I want visit the First Canadian Place location again. With disappointment, K.
