  • While showering this morning I caught my diamond earring and it popped off and went down the drain. I was devastated as they were a gift from my husband who is now deceased and I have worn them for 27 years. Stan inquired if they were valuable or sentimental because the cost may not be worth it. I explained that they were both. He said a plumber would be out as soon as possible. He followed up saying one was on his way. 20 minutes after arriving he retrieved the earring much to my surprise. Very prompt service and understanding of my situation. I definitely would have them again.
