  • I called on Monday of this week since we had been seeing spiders in our backyard. I spoke with David, the owner, he was very nice to speak to and even informed me of the promotion on yelp. Compared to other companies where i would have to sign a contract and pay twice that per month, this was a good deal since all I was looking for was a one time spray. I told him what i wanted and he informed me that Melissa would call back with more information and to set up a time for us. She called back and was very great to speak with and scheduled for someone to come out that same week on Friday, altough I was given a time frame between 11 am and 1 pm and the guy didnt get there til about 2, that doesnt take away how professional everyone had been. I get it, its a flourishing business and sometimes things happen and you run late. Thats why you schedule on a day where nothing is happening. :) The service guy showed up (my mother in law was home), she said he was very professional and nice. She watched him spray our house and said he got everything and thought the work that was done for the price we paid was a pretty good deal. The next morning we are already seeing results of dead bugs outside our home. Again, you were all a pleasure to speak with and work with and I would definetly recommend you to family, friends and strangers and will also be contacting you again next time I need my home sprayed. It gives me assurance that my small dog and small child are safe playing in the backyard and we don't have to worry about bugs and harsh chemicals from them spraying.
