  • I am very upset with how poorly 3 items we took to this cleaners turned out. We need them corrected for an upcoming wedding so won't risk taking them back in. The new suit jacket does not hang smoothly and I pray it will be corrected at the next place (not chosen yet). The pockets are not laying smoothly inside the lining and one side looks like the pocket is full of something! The two new shirts that were laundered with light starch turned out with parts barely pressed and bad creases starched in to several areas on both. I could have done better myself! I have photos to try to post. Aside from spending $16 of which most was wasted money -my frustration is off the hook. So sad.
