I had a couple of friends go to Julie with amazing results, so I've been going to her 3x/week for 2 weeks and the results are already fantastic! I have a ton of energy afterwards for the rest of the day, and my appetite is curbed. I also have chronic back pain which has subsided greatly, not to mention the inches I've lost off my waist. I do hit the gym a couple days a week as well, but adding the wraps to my regimen has greatly sped up the process and results I'm aiming for. Definitely give it a try!
