  • Great hotel for Pirates fans, Steelers fans, and eaters. All within walking distance. Hotel staff is awesome! Thanks Will, and Motako (spelling. .).we have a suite on the 10th floor overlooking PNC concession stands. The park is literally across the street. Our bed is a little swishy , but it serves it's purpose. The hotel is dog friendly, but not all the dogs we've met here are friendly back! Walking down the hall we were barked at by a black schnauzer, and he lunged to get at me. Owner did nothing. On the way back up the hall we saw the owner and dog again and this time the dog lunged at my husband and got close enough to step on my husbands shoe! Owner and I had some very cross words! If you can't control your dog, don't bring them. If you can't control the clients who can't control their dogs, don't let them stay here. She threatened within earshot of the person at the counter that she would "turn him loose" on me ! I don't need to be threatened by a dog AND its owner while I'm on vacation. Hope I don't see her tomorrow. Well, maybe I do!
