Finding a place with ample TVs without a video poker machine to obligate you to waste your money is surprisingly tough along the strip. Lily turned out to be a good option. They had several flat screens lining the walls, and one big projector in the center of the bar (although the image from the projector was dark and hard to see). Ordinarily they don't open up until later in the evening, but they opened up earlier for the NFL playoffs.
This seems to mostly be a place to imbibe mix drinks, so if you're a beer drinker you only have a few options out of a bottle. Would be nice if they added a few draft options, or at least a longer bottle list.
Also the food list is very short, only a few items on the menu with no real vegetarian options in sight.
If you want to sit on any of the couches that line the walls, you're likely going to have to order bottle service, or at least agree to a certain threshold of food/drink. They have a couple of communal tables in the middle for those who don't want to commit to that.
If it weren't for the TVs this would not be my type of place at all, but the TVs were very good, particularly when judging against the other options on the strip.
