Super cool atmosphere. You get the feeling that Frank and the Rat Pack are going to come waltzing in. Great decor. Very Old School Vegas.
Waiters are true professionals and run the business efficiently.
Now the bad part. The food. The bread basket was inedible except for the bread sticks. Ceaser Salad came out of the fridge cold and pre-made. The parmesan seemed like it came from Costco, and there were no anchovies on the salad. It really shouldn't be that difficult for a great steak house to make a decent Caesar.
Next the New York Strip came out. It was literally shoe leather. It was also not only under seasoned, it was unseasoned. The waiter like at any great steak house took it back and replaced it with an extra petit filet. The cut was great, but again unseasoned. Finally, the side of mushrooms had a canned quality too them.
The waiter did not charge me for my steak, but I didn't want a free steak, I wanted a great steak.
I really wanted to like this place and return to Old Vegas. Too bad!
