Upon entering I was immediately greeted by staff. Luckily the staff was not too busy which has been my experience at other locations. The salesman that was helping me seemed very knowledgeable, but after starting my claim for a cracked screen turned over to another salesman. Thus, a star was taken away because for some time he just stood behind the counter. I feel like if he explained that the other salesman had better knowledge of the situation, or something to that affect I wouldn't have been as put off. As for the time frame, it did take some time to transfer and get a new phone. I was not surprised, but the salesman that finished my claim was very polite and chatted the whole time. Good experience.
