I am usually a fan of this store and it's employees except for the days that "Big J" is working. First of all, it makes it really hard to voice a complaint when the store doesn't require full names on name tags, but bear with me as I take you through the story of how "Big J" ruined my coldstone experience this Thursday night. He was very rude, snarky, and had an attitude right off the bat. He made it seem like it was a hassle to come out from the back where he was chilling and serve me my ice cream. In addition, he seemed very offputting to all the other employees and customers. If I were the owner of my own Coldstone franchise, I would prefer to hire people that promote positivity and unity among fellow coworkers... not someone who is noticeably unmotivated, unenthusiastic, and overall unprofessional
