  • I spilled some water on my computer and it stopped working. The guys seemed very knowledgeable and figured out what parts worked and what needed to be replaced. There was no upcharge on parts and they charged a reasonable rate for labor. When I got home, I ran into an unexpected problem and the guys were very helpful on the phone. They also offered to replace another part at no charge but it wasn't necessary.
