I have been to other locations but this one is probably the worst trained staff i have dealt with. Cox has a monopoly so I am stuck. But every once in a while I have a problem so I have to come into a store. So you wait in line for a long time finally get to the counter and then the person that helps you barely knows anything. That was my experience. No help, No accurate description of billing just tons of gimmicks and contracts trying to up sell you on new products. Instead of helping me with my problem I am left with all kinds of options trying to get me into short term incentives and contracts that will go up significantly in the near future. All I can say is that we are all stuck with this company. But Be careful and read all the small print.
