  • Wasted a lot of time at this dealership as a potential customer. I was in the market looking for a used FRS. Came to the dealership because of seemingly good deals. There were only 2 FRS's available at the time, and on closer inspection both were in mediocre shape. Understandable that used cars have wings and dings on it, but some of it could have been touched up or fixed. Salesman kept on downplaying previous accidents in carproof report like it was nothing ($3000+ dmg), denying front bumper was repainted after we pointed out multiple times that the paint does not match exactly, before eventually admitting it. Oh, I mentioned I would pay full cash and he joked (hope it was just a bad joke) that I should do leasing because he will make more $$$ from it. I left the dealership saying I'll come back for a good condition car. Weeks later, same salesman called back on a thursday to say that a new one was coming in and that he would send me photos. Nothing received in email at all. Did some searching myself and saw an ad on autotrader matching that car description. So I dropped by without notice. The one that was on autotrader was in fabulous condition and was something I probably would have bought, but it was not the car the salesman described. Makes sense, if it was on autotrader then he wouldn't need to send me photos. The car he was referring to was there, but uncleaned, untested and in poor condition. Wait?... why try to sell me a bad car that is NOT ready when there was good deal on a ready car? Salesman seemed intent on selling me only bad cars. And that was only the used car experience. I walked into new car section looking for a demo FRS, salesperson there had no idea what he was talking about. Claimed it was 2016 model when the the vehicle info badge thingy clearly indicated 2015. It had after market rims on it, claimed it was brand new, closer inspection revealed tons of rim rash. Was offered an almost full new car price for a used demo car, while he claimed it was a huge discount from new stock pricing. Facility was nice, but experience from sales ppl there sucked. I am sure there are some good sales ppl there, but I unfortunately didn't get helped by one.
