All around bad experience, and I didn't even stay to see the dentist. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist had her small child behind her desk along with her husband (he was dressed like he'd been doing field work and wearing a cowboy hat, so I knew he didn't work there). After seeing my expression at the unprofessionalism, he quickly darted into an office.
She handed to me paperwork to complete. After reviewing the forms, it was clear they were already attempting to sell me stuff before they even examined me. Additionally, they asked me to sign a promissory note, provide my SSN, provide personal references for them to call, and provide my employer contact information (and that was after they called Cigna to confirm coverage). The list goes on and on.
Finding a good dentist office is hard, so don't waste your time at this one.
