| - DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY OR SERVICE YOUR CAR: started off wanting to like you guys, truly I did. The staff is very friendly. There's the pro, here's the cons: service department ignores warranty work. They kept my car for 2 weeks and only performed the work that they could make money on and ignored the warranty items. 2 weeks mind you, but turned off the sensors that told me something was wrong, so they clearly saw them. Warning lights came on halfway back home. They also put gum on my dash... like wtf? Brought car back, and new service person looks over old work order and informs me they just plain decided not to do the warranty work (thats how I know). Tried to go to AutoZone and oreillys to handle it myself, but I couldn't buy the part. For whatever reason, Hyundai is the only one that can get the part. Had to order part. Two weeks go by and no call to let me know if the part came in. Finally call, and it's there... guess I was just supposed to guess. Think about this though, I paid $2k for a warranty on my car, and I am still trying to buy the parts to do it myself. Consider That? In closing, don't buy a Hyundai, if you're gonna buy one, don t get the warranty cause clearly that means f*ck all to them. And if you're gonna get service, avoid this place like the plague.
Addendum: Raymond is incredibly nice and professional. After screwing me around and pissing me off 3 times, Raymond is the fist and only person to talk to me and try to do right by the customer
