rev:text	It's in my neighborhood and I thought I would give it a try. I have admit I am a sucker for bar food. I bought a Groupon for $20 worth $40 of food. It was about 6 o'clock on a weekend night . They were about 25 % full. I took my daughter and her friend . They both ordered grilled chicken avocado sandwiches with french fries and I ordered an Arcadia Tavern burger. It took us about 40 minutes to get our food. We had to track down the waitress a couple times to find out when the food was coming. Once our food arrived. My daughter and her friend both said the chicken tasted burnt and like a freezer . My hamburger was uncooked and looked like it had been sitting for a while. I would say it's one of the worst $15 per plate experiences I've had. The three plates alone without drinks cost $45 so I asked to talk to the manager. When I told the manager what was going on he was shocked and said that he nearly never gets complaints. Does he read social media ?? He promised that the chicken did not go from being frozen to cooked tonight. Great so instead of just saying sorry he gave excuses. Since we had already cashed the Groupon he offered a $40 gift card. I would have preferred cash back . Not sure I want to try again. More than frustrated.
