I was in the market for a good apartment in the Scottsdale area that wasn't old or run down/ too close to the distractions that OldTown Scottsdale provides. I saw the construction for San Travesia and decided to take a tour one day.
The front desk is a lot of help and very nice. Our leasing agent Dane was very helpful and professional throughout the fact finding experience.
As soon as I took a tour, I was very impressed with the nice amenities that were offered like the gym, the huge pool and volleyball court area as well as the common space you can rent out for parties or what not.
The apartments themselves are very nice with new appliances, very spacious and really anything you need for a 2 bedroom apartment.
The one problem (which is the reason for the 4/5 stars) I have with the apartment complex is the lack of parking. It's basically a free for all if you don't have an assigned space and you are forced to make your own spots when they are all taken. I'm sure that once it's all completed this problem will be rectified.
All in all I would recommend.
