  • They SCAMMED US! We applied for a townhouse and we made well over the amount required to rent. They called us back to say we were declined due to income. They just basically scammed us for the application fee. We played a trick on them and called back from a different number to inquire as to if they had any available and they said no. they had already rented it and scammed us for more application money!!!!!!!
