Well I agree with Roxana - This was about the worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!! In the customer service industry and this is why I am writing this . There contract states there phone conversations mean nothing only what the contract says !!!! Yep the are true to that for sure as they had the time wrong on the contract and then said they would change to time and when I asked about that after I had a issue with the Toni g of it all they used the contract against what they agreed to verbally !!! I guess you at allowed to say what ever you want and then change it on the contract and then ague with the customer when they question it !!! That's what you get when you deal with this company. Just thought the public should be aware of the ethics of this company and there employees!!!
