Desert Family Medical practice in Henderson has the worst customer service. They will not work with patients schedules to schedule doctor appointments. They lack professionalism too. Ginger Lane is leaving the practice and they FAILED to notify her patients! No call, no letter nothing. Patients are just a way to make money. And the office manager is the same way. She has no customer service skills, doesn't care about your "illnesses," lacks professionalism and said, "You should look for another doctor." Did she bother to listen, or help out, show compassion or professionalism? NO! Well they're loosing now quite a few patients! Everyone that I work with had the same experience with this practice. And you think Ginger Lane as a PAC and having taken the Nursing OATH would be more professional. But sadly the answer is no. She's leaving the practice and doesn't care about any of the patients she's leaving behind (at least the ones I know of.) She sent no letter or phone call to give her patients a heads up that she leaving the practice. Leaving patients with chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure without any refills. The staff claimed they "needed" blood pressure readings. However, did they offer to have a CNA, LPN or an RN take the blood pressure readings like other professional Clinics do? Nope. It was to much of a hassle for them. They do NOT work with patients. I'd give them zero starts. But that wasn't an option. Any shareholders and owners of This clinic should complete a blind survey of random patients and see the results. If not, you'll continue loosing patients and your profits.
