  • Cyndi is awesome! She genuinely cares about her clients and she has so much attention to detail with my hair. If my review was for Cyndi alone, it would be 10 stars! For that fifth star here, the corporate aspect of the salon is tad off-putting. I get the sense that stylists are required to attempt to up-sell products and services as well as follow certain scripting. Cyndi keeps it non-awkward, but I'd love it if was more low-key in general. Bottom line: for a quality haircut and style and fabulous service, and if you can overlook the "sales" component, can't go wrong at Juut!
