  • Scheduled a tattoo removal, I was re scheduled the first time and when I finally came for my treatment they told me they couldn't remove my kind of tattoo (permanent makeup for eyebrows) That's fine, but the receptionist knew what I was coming in for. Is it really so hard to just call me and let me know before I drive 45 minutes out of my way?
