  • Unorganized, unprofessional, unclean, unhappy, miserable place. The workers set the tone for a horrible experience. Ask them a question and they will not hesitate to make you feel stupid and aggravating. Rude does not even begin to describe their attitudes. My daughters first and last time traveling by bus!
