| - I really like the Pho here. Especially the Pho Dac Biet; it comes with rare flank, fatty flank, meatballs, tripe and tendon. All the trimmings are abundant, cinnamon basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, hoisin + sriracha, and lime. Noodles are great and the broth is very tasty. Best I've had in Charlotte.
I've also had the bi cuon (garden delight roll) and I thought it had a little bit of a funky taste and I probably wouldn't order it again.
I also got the Lemongrass chicken curry and I thought it was a little bit on the runny side, with lack luster taste-but I'm also a fan of spicy curry and this just didn't satisfy that.
I will say again the pho was phenomenal and I will definitely be back for more. I'd even try more dishes there though the others I tried were less than amazing, simply because their pho gives me that much faith. Don't forget to grab a to-go menu.
