rev:text	In my 4 years in Pittsburgh as a college student searching for the best local places to eat, none have come even close to Gaucho in terms of quality, price, and overall experience. The 5 star rating accurately reflects how good this place is, and I would say without a doubt that it's the single best restaurant in Pittsburgh. As you walk in the door, you are greeted by the glorious smell of a fantastic assortment of meats sizzling over a wood-fired grill. I have so far tried three different dishes, and honestly cannot choose a favorite, as they're all that good. This is one of the first places I've ever been to where I actually want to make an honest attempt to try everything on the menu. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. A lot of love goes into these dishes, and the chefs take great care in both cooking, and plating them. The food itself is a work of art, and tastes absolutely every bit as good as it looks. Everything that I have tried so far has been very well thought out, with all the pieces of the dish working exquisitely well with one another, creating a tantalizing dance of flavors that envelope your taste buds and give them a big warm hug that says "I love you". Service was spectacular as well. All the way from the chef to the cashier who will bring your prepared food to wherever you happen to be sitting, the service was flawless. Very friendly, very efficient, and shows a great deal of caring about what they do, and making sure you as a customer get the fullest possible enjoyment out of your experience. I honestly don't think I'll ever go anywhere else ever again for meats. Gaucho is so far above it's competition that they seem like cheap fast food in comparison. Give this place a try, I guarantee you'll find something there that you'll love.
