I really try to like this place because it's close to home, I can walk there in 10 minutes. For the most part the instructors are really nice, upbeat and the try to make the classes enjoyable. I especially like Monica's instruction, she is really good if you are trying something out for the first time. They have equipment that is in good shape, and the place always seems decently clean.
The downfall of this place, in my opinion is greed. They pack WAY too many people into a room for classes. I have attended classes that we had to share equipment (even TRX) which is really unacceptable when classes are 15$ a go. They have a ton of promotions, but again they do not have the capacity to support the demand and the result is having to book a week in advance to get into a jam packed class. Pray there are no jumping jacks involved in the class or you are going to get nailed in the faced by other peoples flailing limbs.
There are no windows as this place is in a basement, but that doesn't bother me. Probably saves them on cooling costs.
I think the concept is a good one, but execution is poor.
