We went on 07/22/17 . We paid for $4,650 worth of furniture in cash. Delivery was 07/25/17 Because the rooms were with boxes we asked the delivery people to put them in the down stairs bedroom for us. We bring it upstairs later that night and one mattress is literally black! They tried to tape up the mattress plastic to make it look unused!!!!!!! It was disgusting and obviously the floor model. We call to make a complaint and they say that there is none in stock and that we would have to wait 1 weeks until delivery. There looked like there was tiny little bugs on it (I have pictures) & we were scared it may have contained bed bugs. After fighting with a women named Jenna who basically said we can 100% guarantee there were no bed bugs, yelled and hung up because I said I recorded her saying that we were finally told by a very helpful lady and crystal to come in a chose any mattress from the same brand (as long as it was the same price) & that if we came in before 5 we could meet with a manager. I arrived alittle before 4. Apparently the manager had an emergency that day and left just a couple minutes before I got there. SURE! So anyways a sale associated said she didn't know how we got the floor model or like she doesn't think we got the floor model & I literally pointed to the empty space on a box spring where the floor model of the mattress we just bought used to be. I literally said you do realize that there is a missing bed from the floor right. I won't ever recommend these people again. Our only compensation for everything we went through was a clean bed. 5 days later and still not call from their upper management.
