  • I went to Dr. Moss's office for a routine yearly checkup. Front desk staff were friendly. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was taken in and at that point I was mentally laughing at the yelp reviews BUT I was proven wrong! I guess running behind could happen in any medical office as it depends on different factors.... First one of the nurses took my blood pressure, weight etc. Then they took me to an office and I was somewhat surprised and felt antsy because I just wanted to get the checkup over with. I have to say I think this was a good setting. She met with me and went over my medical history and we discussed things in detail and I got to ask her all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and she was very thorough answering all my questions. She does talk a bit fast but she was easy to understand and she did not rush me at all. Then after that I went to an exam room to get checked. It was quick and painless. I felt very comfortable with her and again asked questions and got answers. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moss :)
