  • I was staying at Green Valley Ranch for a conference and needed a wash and blow dry for an evening event on Saturday. I called last minute and Nicole made space for me. She did a great job and was happy to incorporate my tips on dealing with my strange hair type. After she finished, I called GVR to send a cab to pick me up. After waiting and waiting for GVR to call back to let me know a cab was sent and not picking up the phone when I tried to call, Nicole offered to give me a ride to GVR! She wouldn't take any money for giving me the ride either. This really helped me out. Luckily, I was able to get to the event just in time for it to start! Thank you Nicole! I won't even be a repeat customer because I live out of state, and you went way out of your way!
