I would give zero and negative stars if I could for my experiences. I would say that they are not that awful if you are perfectly healthy and have no medical questions regarding your pregnancy. Unfortunately that is not me. I have preexisting medical issues that raised questions during my pregnancy which the OB Nurse practitioner could not help me with. She could not help me in regards to which medications I could or could not take. I later had an appointment with one of their midwives and she was even less knowledgeable. She told me "unless it's boobs, babies or vagina's, I really have no idea." That does not inspire ANY confidence. They were not able to give me a flu shot that was necessary. They could not run the blood tests requested by my high risk pregnancy doctor. And even more frustrating... I live over 100 miles away and I was ALWAYS on time, if not early, to every appointment. I would consistently wait 30-40 minutes in the waiting room and another 40 or more minutes in the exam room. I'm sorry but if I can be on time traveling all this distance, then the very least they can do is see me in a reasonable amount of time. I started to see them in my 6th week and I'm not 16 weeks. I'm done and I've moved to another OB. I don't have the patience to deal with subpar care.
There was a positive of this place and it is that they do same day appointments if you call before 3pm and next day appointments if you call after 3.
