This WAS my favorite AYCE sushi place in Las Vegas. The size of the AYCE menu was great for the sushi lover (me) and the non-sushi lover (my wife). The service was always good and the creativity and execution of the rolls was awesome. Went last night with two of my guy friends. I owed one sushi for losing a bet and the other was tagging along. We ordered a few appetizers, some nigiri (12 pieces total between the three of us), and 4 rolls. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. When it came out it was not as good. I got a piece of salmon that had what I assume was cartilage that was like chewing on leather. I've never had that happen with sushi before. Obviously, sushi by nature is somewhat chewy, but this was inedible. We ordered a few more rolls and it took forvever for it to come out. The avocados on the caterpillar roll were browning. The waitress rarely came to check on us. Not what I had come to expect from this place, but from what I hear this is the status quo now. Will no longer make the drive out and instead go to I Love Sushi or Sushi Mon.
