My experience with this salon..
I had such high hopes for this place, heck my high hopes even followed me to the door being that I was so happy about my mani/pedi deal I had received and the staff was so friendly.. one day later my two thumb nails had already chipped and one was pealing back as a whole piece, they were closed then but I decided to write an email. A gal named Carleta the manager wrote me back apologetic about it and asked when I could come in to get my nail fixed this week? First of all, I waited two months for a Saturday apt, I work almost the same hours they do and second It was NOT just one nail. I had replied and also sent her pictures.. two days later now and no reply.
I don't care to blame anyone or anything I just wanted it fixed. No manicure should chip with in the first 1-2 days GEL OR NOT. here I was thinking I was getting a deal at a fancy place originally $87 dollars with out tip but $55 dollar (includes 20 tip) for a mani pedi that doesn't stay a week? No thank you!! I couldn't imagine if I actually paid full price to only have this happen.. My TIP for this place.. good customer service is not only for when a customer is there, it's for when they leave as well. It is now day three of no reply, and I give up.. you can't force a business to be a good one.
