  • What a beautifully kept park/garden. St. James' Park is filled with well kept flowers during the summer, a gazebo, and a beautiful fountain. The park is quite peaceful and full of dogs out for a stroll with their human companion. It loses a star because of some of the weird characters that frequent the park. I once saw a homeless man pull his penis out and start touching himself during an afternoon walk. Besides the small potential for rated R material at the park, I highly recommend.
