  • Our visit to Southern Hills was unexpected, but Summerlin was too busy. From the moment we walked in, the staff was nice and pointed us towards the maternity/ delivery area. I was signed in and placed in a room very fast. My first nurse was the sweetest. I wish I could remember her name, but I ended up having so many. Everyone who checkin on me was nice and excited to help me have this baby! :) There was one nurse who's name I do remember because she was absolutely horrible. Lisa is the least pleasant nurse I had to encounter with and I hope no one has to deal with her. She just didn't care, I mean at all. I had an emergency C-section on the 21st at night and I had Lisa my second day of recovery and third day. I was a mess and just felt so uncared for by her.
