| - WIth the exception of Lucky strike bowling, the people in this mall bug me. When I say people I mean the ones who work there, who seem to be dumbfounded by kids being wheeled around in massive wheelchairs with breathing tubes,, etc comming from them. Like yes at a glance you might wonder oh poor kid, or omg what happend but serously look, give your pity ( as if we need it) then move on!. Do not stare!, its not taken as sympathy its taken as your wondering why were there because were not toting around fancy coach bags but instead backpacks and medical gear . Or that you know that unless staff shop nothing is going to be bought. I find the malls in scarbough less judgemental? then this one and if it wasent for the fact that 1) I can't choose where im working with the kids somedays and 2) the bowling alley is really decent with our students, I would not go here. Maybe this is just me tonight tired overley protective of my students, and so numb to what we proably look like to the ones who are lucky to breath on their own but hey its no biggie.
On the plus side because its so big its easy for wheel chairs to get around, and the kids LOVE the bass pro shop, so as long as they get something out of it, I'll give it a thumbs up for those reasons, the people jus dont thrill me.
