  • I was having coffee and a bagel with a business associate in Einstein's this afternoon. While we were there, one of the employees came out to sweep the store. Half the dining room is carpet and the other half is hard floor. He started aggressively sweeping the carpet mats, kicking up a dust cloud. Seeing us sitting there less than ten feet away, he starts sweeping right at our table with open coffee cups and food. I then looked over and saw the dust heading toward the open racks of bagels behind the front counter as he continued to sweep. So gross on all accounts. I'd never go here again. Makes me question any Einstein's. If this is what they do with us sitting there, imagine what we don't see...!
