  • Very disappointing. The ladies showed up on time, but finished my place in a hour and still wanted the full $65 they charge for 2 hours. I asked them to do something else or not charge the full 2 hour price. The lady got an attitude when I asked her to perhaps clean my 2 windows and 1 sliding door. (I have a small 1 bedroom apartment, which was fairly clean- i told the lady who scheduled them the size if my place and it just needed a good dusting/ basic cleaning. (I just wanted a break from the regular weekly cleaning.) I understood they do not fold clothes or iron, from when I called. so i didn't ask for help with that. The one lady was grumbling and sighing so loudly like I asked her to do something out of the norm. She made me uncomfortable to where I called and complained. I was offered 30 mins credit towards "next time" which I thought was a good gesture. I really was just calling to report my experience. When the ladies left a few mins later, still only an hour and 20 mins from when they came, I looked around and noticed they left 2 dirty rags on my kitchen counter, did not even touch my cabinets- which there are not even many of. My 2 window sills were not wiped down at all, and a decorative shelving unit with a few pictures and candles was not touched at all. If they would have done all that they should have, I'm sure it would have met the 2 hour minimum, and I'd have a better report. What they did clean was fine. They just missed a lot and the one lady had a poor attitude. I could have done a better job myself, saved my $65 and not been disappointed. Despite the managers offer of 30 min credit, I will not bother to call them back.
