  • Very bad customer service. I have been going here 12 years and just broke my card. They want to charge me $12 for a new one. All the employees I talk to all the way up to cooperate were ass holes because I took it up the to the top. Very very disappointed in this gym. If they don't do something about this I will cancel my membership and call BBB.
