  • Drive through woman had an attitude in her tone of voice after I said we have coupons. I proceeded to place my order and she repeated back to me an incorrect order. I retold her my order and she then repeated it back with a bigger attitude. This happened about 4 times. Then I pulled up to the drive through and asked to speak to a manager. The older female manager also had an attitude and then mocked how I said the word tone. Very unpleasant experience!
