| - When my fiancé and I went to look into renting, we received horrible customer care. The girl giving us a tour (Carly, I think), didn't introduce herself to me, while she knew my fiancé from when he scouted the place before me, so he ended up introducing us a few minutes into the tour; the place seemed lovely and well-kept. After reading the rental terms, we realized we didn't make what was necessary to rent. When we told her, she got confused and calculated how much our household income would have to be to rent, and we told her about 2-3 more times that we didn't make it. She gave a judgmental look of surprise, and after it processed that we simply couldn't afford to rent, she politely told us if we wanted to rent in the future to come back. It was a very unpleasant experience to already admit we didn't make what we would like to be able to rent, and then feel judged by the management. I'm sure it doesn't happen too often in the area they're located, but it was a bummer.
