  • This dentist gets one star because zero stars is not an option. My 12 year old daughter was a new patient, and they wanted to start with x-rays. We were told that they parents could only stay in the front/waiting area until the x-rays were done. We thought okay what could go wrong. My daughter came back scared and almost in tears. That's when the receptionist said that my daughter wouldn't let them take the x-rays cause she wouldn't open her mouth wide enough and wouldn't bite down on the bite wings. After talking with my daughter she informed us that they had pushed her head back forcibly while trying to force the x-ray equipment in her mouth. Don't go here, and absolutely don't take your kids here. There are too many other dentists in town with better equipment, better ethics, and much more professional than this crappy place.
