  • Be careful going here. My husband took our 7 year old daughter in last night because she twisted her ankle on the trampoline. When they got to the urgent care, she was checked in and put in a room. The nurse came in a little while later and looked in my daughters mouth and ears and said she has an ear infection. As the nurse was leaving my husband asked if she was kidding and she said no. He said "we came in for a twisted ankle". The nurse said, "Oh I have the wrong kid". Seriously?? How do you not know which kid you are treating? Did you just make up an illness for my kid to get us out of there? We will not be going back to this urgent care!
