One of the best flying experiences I've ever had! My flight was card on USAIRWAYS and I had to rebook on America which merged/bought USAIR. I have no status on American and was weary about how the seat selection would pan out. Well I could not checkin online or online so I had to checkin at the airport. The ticket agent was GREAT! She got my an exit row seat (and I didn't have to pay $90 like I typically do in USAIR). The flight back was just as good as the same thing happened but American got me an exit row coming back. So far I'm liking American way more than USAIR. I hope the customer service and customer experience the overall merging company adopts is more of the American Airways type.
