  • Tried John twice. Each time he tried to up-sell me for gel polish ($10more), new set of acrylics, pedicure, etc. then charged me $10 for toe polish change which I found out later is listed on their menu for $7. This LAST time when I tipped him 15% for my acrylic fill w/polish, he started mumbling in his language & had an attitude. He finished the top coat sloppy & didn't even say thank you & walked away. Tips are not required by the way. And they even have a sign asking for the tips in cash!! He has been doing acrylics for only about a month & does a decent job but the attitude has to go. Also, spoke about religion trying to push his brand over mine---not good.
