  • Really impressed by this bar. The offerings are very limited, but that is a major strength at the Dancing Gnome. They can really focus on making each beer unique and perfect; I have also been told that sometimes they swap out their entire selection daily. I was most blown away by the Vietnamese coffee stout. As a Vietnamese person who appreciates both coffee and stouts, I was skeptical that they could pull off the flavors. Amazingly, the beer was so smooth yet the complexity of the cà phê kept building with each sip. I thought they did a fantastic job capturing the delicate and fragrant taste of Vietnamese coffee in a robust stout. I would love to come back and see what other cool concoctions they can dream up. A tour of the facility would also be fun!
