| - To say my experiance was "Great", isnt enough. This is a dealership that all others should dream to be like! Every single person I delt with, and came into contact with was splendid! To start with, Mark. He was the first person I talked to when I called. I told him what I was looking for, what price, and I had a trade. They didnt have the vehicle I wanted, but he assured me that they could get it. In the mean time, I came into the dealer to have them appraise my trade, and Mark took me on a test drive of a similar vehicle. The test drive was perfect. He gave me information about the vehicle as needed, rather than constantly blabbering about the vehicle, like most all others do when on a test drive. Mark is, bar none, the most classy sales man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Friendly, Fun, Relaxed, and informative. Now....I wanted a price of the vehicle I wanted. Time to gear up, and prepare for battle. Now, I meet Scott, AKA, Scooby. Game face on. He shows a price, and thats it. Wait.......where is the Nitrogen charge? Not there. What about the Desert Protection crap? Nope. Not there. What about the "Aditional-over-charge-because-you-look-like-a-sucker"? Nope!! NO HIDDEN CHARGES!! The price is the price! The only time the price changed, was when they found ways to make it benafit me. And the price went down. Enter James. Classy? YOU BET! Friendly? YUP! The deal was made, start to finish, in the middle of the dealership. No hidden rooms where they take you and beat you into paying for extra fees. Nope. In fact, I couldnt tell who was a Manager, Director, Owner, or Sales Person. All were the same, relaxed, and friendly attitude that made the whole experiance wonderfull! Financing was cake (Cant remember the name of the gentelman), but a class act as well! Ok....So...the deal is made. They wash the new Jeep, bring it around, and once again, THERES MARK!! YuP! He helped me transfer all my stuff from my trade, into the new Jeep! He helped me understand, and answered questions the whole time, as well as made sure I had a bottle of water, or OJ while I was there. After seeing the Jeep needed wheel locks, time for a trip to the parts Dept. There I met a gentelman named Ray (Raymond). This guy greeted me with a smile, got the parts I needed, shook my hand, and thanked me for the purchase of the parts, and the new Jeep, then handed me a nice Thank You Gift (If you want to know what it is, go buy a vehicle from these guys! :) ) Enter (I think Josh, and Matt?). 2 Employees that (Josh) helped install some handles, and make sure I understood features of the new vehicle, and set up the blutooth for me. Matt (I think its his name), is a nice young man who was checking out my new Jeep with me, and talking with me back and forth about it and my trade. VERY FRIENDLY! As I drove home, I couldnt stop thinking about how much of comfortable experiance I had. Not one employee at that dealership seemed to be anything but friendly. That shows somthing about the managment right there! If you are looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Kia, etc., there really isnt any reason to go to another place. If they dont have what you are looking for, they WILL get it. And the wait is well worth the treatment, and friendliness of the staff! WELL DONE YOU GUYS! I look forward to a long, happy relationship with your whole dealership! Thank you!
