  • I contact this firm and set up an appointment. due to my job, I eventually needed to change my appointment time and immediately contacted the firm and got no response. i emailed them with no response. since i got no response, my original appointment was kept since i never spoke with anyone or asked to change or cancel it. my appointment came and went with not one phone call, and no emails back about my missed appointment. i emailed again to try to set something up... no response.. Dorothy is completely ignoring me. FURTHERMORE, about one week later i started receiving emails from the firm! all they did was sign me up for an informational email list. and trying to get me to sign me up for some credit rebuilding program.. i would never use an attorney with no communication. ps* found a different attorney and already had my consultation, paperwork meeting, and signing appointment and we are filing tomorrow. i completed all of the steps of filing for bankruptcy in just 8 days with this other law firm. i definitely could never see that happening with this firm..
